PayNudger provides simple automated follow-up tools for tradespeople, freelancers and small businesses.

Our services are designed to help users manage customer follow-ups such as invoice reminders, quote follow-ups, review requests, appointment reminders, lead follow-ups and customer replies.

By using PayNudger you agree to:

• provide accurate information where required
• use the service lawfully and responsibly
• only send reminders to people you are entitled to contact
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• keep any access information provided to you secure.

You are responsible for the information you enter into PayNudger.

PayNudger products are available as monthly or annual subscriptions.

All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Subscription charges are collected automatically in accordance with the billing cycle you selected when subscribing.

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Unless otherwise stated, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No further subscription payments will be taken after cancellation unless you choose to subscribe again.

We aim to provide a reliable service at all times.

However, we cannot guarantee that PayNudger will always be available without interruption.

From time to time we may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements which may temporarily affect availability.

You must not use PayNudger:

• to send unlawful, abusive or misleading messages
• to harass or intimidate another person
• to send reminders to people without a legitimate reason
• in any way that could damage or interfere with the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

The PayNudger name, logo, website, content and software remain the property of PayNudger.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any part of the service without prior written permission.

We take reasonable care to provide a reliable service.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, PayNudger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update, improve or modify PayNudger from time to time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

We want you to be happy with PayNudger.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experience a problem with your subscription, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Because PayNudger is a digital subscription service that begins providing access immediately after purchase, refunds are not normally available once a subscription has started. However, we will consider refund requests where required by law or where we believe a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.
